January 2012: Thomas Tuft presents "Ethical Guidelines for Attorneys Using Social Media" at the Dakota County Law Library.

November 2011:  Tuft & Lach, PLLC is named to the list of Best Law Firms in America compiled by U.S. News & World Report.

September 2011: Thomas Tuft served as co-chair of the annual conference of the Minnesota Chapter of the American of Matrimonial Lawyers along with attorney Lisa Kallemeyn. The event was held September 30 - October 3 at Breezy Point Resort. The conference, called Divorce Camp, brought together legislators and professionals involved of family law, including judges, lawyers, psychologists, and financial experts.  The conference focused on child custody law and recent research on custody arrangements that are in the best interests of the children.  Mr. Tuft will co-chair Divorce Camp 2012 with attorney Kim Bonuomo of Moss & Barnett, P.A.

September 2011: Thomas Tuft and Susan Lach present "ADR Innovations and Changes/Moderated Settlement Conferences" at the Ramsey County Bar Association Family Law Section CLE.

May 2011: Susan Lach joins the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW).  The NAPW highlights and profiles the country's most accomplished professional women.

April 2011: Susan Lach presents "Custody Litigation: Does Evidence Matter in the Custody Case? Knowing and Using the Rules", along with fellow attorneys from around the country, at the ABA Section of Family Law Spring 2011 CLE Conference in Ameila Island, FL.

March 2011: Susan Lach has been named to the list of Top 50 Women Superlawyers® in Minnesota. She will be among the attorneys featured in an upcoming edition of Minneapolis/St. Paul Magazine and Twin Cities Business.
