Kathy M. Sarsland began her career as a legal assistant at Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi (then known as Robins, Zelle, Larson & Kaplan) in 1986, working in the area of mass tort and product liability. In 1992 she left with a small group to start a small boutique firm, Brosnahan, Joseph & Suggs, which folded in 1995. Ms. Sarsland began working with Susan Lach at Messerli & Kramer in Family Law and was the paralegal for the Messerli & Kramer Family Law Department until 2009. Ms. Sarsland then worked as a paralegal in the Family Law Department at Henson & Efron until she rejoined Susan Lach at Tuft & Lach, PLLC in 2011.
