Elizabeth C. Morton Badger Joins Tuft, Lach, Jerabek & O’Connell, PLLC
Attorney Elizabeth (Libby) C. Morton Badger has joined Tuft, Lach, Jerabek & O’Connell, PLLC as an associate attorney. Libby received her J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2024 and her B.A. from Luther College in 2019.
Prior to joining TLJO, Libby served as a law clerk for over three years to Referee Victoria Elsmore in Ramsey County Family Court where she gained valuable insights into the complexities of family law.
Libby is focusing her practice in family law, orders for protection, harassment restraining orders, estates, and trusts. We are thrilled to have Libby join our firm!
