James Street and Anna Street Join Tuft, Lach, Jerabek & O’Connell, PLLC
Attorney James Street is a shareholder at Tuft, Lach, Jerabek & O’Connell, PLLC as of January 1, 2023, and will be practicing in family law dispute resolution. As a former Referee of Family Court, he presided over 2,500 family law proceedings over 12 years. This experience positions him to provide insightful evaluative mediation, moderate settlement conferences, and serve as a special master or consensual special magistrate. As a Referee, he also trained new judges in family law and case management techniques and served as Chair of the State’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Ethical Board appointed by the Minnesota Supreme Court. He is a frequent speaker and former president of the Minnesota Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC). We are delighted to have Jim join us at TLJO!
Attorney Anna Street has joined Tuft, Lach, Jerabek & O’Connell, PLLC as an associate attorney as of January 1, 2023. She is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas Law School and has worked for Central Minnesota Legal Services for the past four years. During that time, she gained extensive courtroom experience representing clients in Family Court primarily in cases involving domestic violence. She also represented clients in Housing Court. Anna advocates for her clients through the complexities of the court system to find creative solutions for families. Anna currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Listening House, a non-profit daytime drop-in community and resource center for those experiencing homelessness. Anna is dedicated to making our community a safer place for families to thrive. We are thrilled that Anna has joined the TLJO team!
