Dear TLJO Clients and Friends,
Our thoughts go out to the people who have been affected by COVID-19 and we sincerely appreciate the health care workers, researchers, local communities, and governments who are on the front line working to contain this coronavirus.
Tuft, Lach, Jerabek & O’Connell, PLLC (TLJO) is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for our staff, clients and other individuals who frequent our offices. At this time our offices remain open and are fully operational, however, we will continue to closely monitor the situation and keep you apprised of any updates.
We have requested from our team members to stay home if sick, wash hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, frequently clean surfaces with an alcohol-based sanitizer, set up conference rooms to maximize social distancing, limit face-to-face meetings and utilize telephone meetings or videoconferencing when possible. We do ask of our clients and visitors that you do not come to TLJO offices if you have not been feeling well and are exhibiting signs of COVID-19, you have been in contact with anyone who has been exposed, or is suspected to have been exposed to COVID-19, you have been traveling outside of the United States of America or you have been on a cruise.
We understand that while the situation regarding COVID-19 continues to develop, many legal matters must proceed without delay to protect justice for the parties, families and children involved. At TLJO, we do have the capability to facilitate mediations, social early neutral evaluations (SENE), financial early neutral evaluations (FENE), moderated settlement conferences (MSC), consensual special magistrate (CSM) proceedings, and arbitrations, through Zoom, Skype and other electronic formats that allow both audio/visual meetings to occur with break-out rooms and group access to document sharing (with secured privacy).
Sincerely,
Tom, Sue, John, Dan, Letty, Lindsey, Allie & Allyson
