Elizabeth Morton Badger is an Associate Attorney at Tuft, Lach, Jerabek & O’Connell. She practices in all areas of family law. Prior to joining Tuft, Lach, Jerabek & O’Connell, Elizabeth worked as a law clerk to a family court Referee in Ramsey County for nearly four years. During her time as clerk, she gained insight into the court system, the complexities of family, and how judicial officers make their decision.
During law school, Elizabeth gained valuable advocacy experience through involvement with the TYLA Mock Trial Team. She also gained valuable insight into the numerous areas of law that often interact with family law.
Elizabeth knows that for many families, their case is their first interaction with the court system. Elizabeth is dedicated to ensuring that clients understand the process and their voices are heard each step of the way.
