Olivia Paulson is a Law Clerk at Tuft, Lach, Jerabek & O’Connell, where she assists attorneys in all areas of family law. She is a graduate of Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
Before joining Tuft, Lach, Jerabek & O’Connell, Olivia served as a law clerk in the Child Protection Unit of Ramsey County. In that role, she developed a deeper understanding of the complex challenges families face when navigating the court system.
During law school, Olivia further advanced her commitment to serving clients and expanding access to justice through the Mitchell Hamline Self-Help Clinic, where she assisted clients with criminal record expungements and drafted family law pleadings. She also advocated for women and girls as a Women’s Rights Advocacy Volunteer with World Without Genocide and promoted access to justice and equality as Co-President of Mitchell Hamline’s American Constitution Society Chapter.
Olivia recognizes that, for many people, a family law matter may be their first and only experience with the court system. She is dedicated to guiding clients through the legal process and providing compassionate support during some of the most challenging times in their lives.
Outside of the office, Olivia enjoys spending time with her cats, connecting with friends and family, playing pickleball, and watching movies.
